PensionHubIns offers information, comparison tools and educational content to help retirees evaluate insurance and pension-related products available in Malaysia. We do not act as an insurer; we facilitate access to product information and may introduce users to partner providers.

We may modify, add or remove features of our services. Material changes will be communicated on PensionHubIns.club or via email to registered users. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

We strive to keep services available, but temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance or due to factors beyond our control. We do not promise uninterrupted access.

User conduct rules

When using PensionHubIns you agree to behave respectfully and lawfully. The following rules help protect the community and the integrity of our services.

Pricing for paid services is displayed on PensionHubIns.club and in the relevant order or service confirmation. Fees are in Malaysian Ringgit unless stated otherwise.

Payments are processed through secure payment providers. By purchasing a paid service you authorize us to charge the agreed amount using the payment details you provide.

Subscription services renew automatically unless cancelled prior to renewal. You can manage subscriptions in your account or contact support for assistance.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If a refund is appropriate, we will process it through the original payment method after verification.

You may cancel paid services according to the cancellation terms displayed at purchase. Cancellation does not affect obligations already incurred.

You are responsible for any taxes applicable to purchases. We will collect taxes where required by law.

We may change prices for paid services. Existing subscriptions will be subject to the terms provided at the time of purchase unless otherwise communicated.

Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of paid services until payment is received.
